Hi, I’m Tania Usher, the founder of Connecting Mumpreneurs. You might recognise me as on of the founders and directors of the Whole Woman Festival, my work on Festival of Speed on Tweed, or from my business coaching practice Thrive Communications.

What you might not know is that I’ve devoted more than 20 years to the study and application of universal success principles. Since becoming a Certified Practicing Coach in 2002, I have facilitated workshops and coached individuals, entrepreneurs, educators, corporate leaders and entertainers to accelerate the achievement of their personal and professional goals…but my passion is supporting and empowering Mothers in Business…Mumpreneurs.

Despite the amazing medical treatment I received while pregnant with Tate, he was too sick and weak to survive birth. So while nothing could be done to change Tate’s fate, we can all gather together and raise funds to improve the survival chances of other babies. It’s this compassion and support of others that makes us successful Mumpreneurs.
